In an official notification, CBSE said, ‘The correction window is a one-time opportunity for candidates to rectify errors in their CTET 2026 applications. No further requests for corrections will be accepted after the specified date.’
The board also emphasized that candidates must ensure all details match their supporting documents. ‘Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their data. Any discrepancy found at later stages may result in cancellation of the candidature,’ the notification added.
Exam Preparation and Admit Cards
With the exam date yet to be declared, candidates are using this interim period to intensify their preparation. The CTET is a qualifying test for teaching positions in central government schools, including Kendriya Vidyalayas and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas.
The admit cards for the exam will be released only after the exam date is fixed. CBSE will issue a separate notification regarding the download of hall tickets.
